“Every individual has a place to fill in the world, and is important in some respect, whether he chooses to be so or not.“
— Nathaniel Hawthorne (quoted in the yearbook)
About the digital yearbook and tips for browsing
If you still have your copy, good on you! If not — or if for some reason you prefer seeing it on your iPad — here’s a link to the 1971 Blue and Gray.
- You can view pages individually, 2-up, or as tiles.
- You can search by name or word (thanks to OCR software). Use the search box on the black background — nor the white one at the top (trust us on this). See screenshot below.
- At the bottom center of the page, you’ll then see “XX results” with a pair of arrows. Use those arrows to scroll through the pages you seek.
- Note that you can download the volume to your PC or other device in PDF format.
- Good news: There is no charge or signup required!
